Human papillomavirus (HPV)

The HPV vaccine protects against human papillomavirus, which causes cervical cancer and other cancers. Poland runs a free programme for children aged 9–14 (2 doses).

Doses

  • When 1: 9–14 years old
  • When 2: 6–12 months after 1st dose
